We are inspired by the lymphatic and fascial system and our goal is to help you better understand what your body is communicating to you when it comes to navigating pain and discomfort.
Overtime, repetitive everyday movement encourages the muscle memory to become stagnant. Creating tension, poor circulation and little to no range of motion.
Our sessions will inspire you to undo the damage done by using slow, intentional techniques that specially target the fascia to loosen up any stagnant blood flow followed by lymphatic draining to ensure the removal of unwanted toxins in the body. Thus leaving you feeling energized, relaxed, light, and well.

Step two: Send me a text saying "APPOINTMENT RESERVATION VIA VENMO”
Step three: Send your booking fee of $50 or full amount if you wish and include in the description, “NAME, DATE, TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT”
Step four: Wait for your booking confirmation via text from my automated appointment reminders.
As with all appointment reservations, booking deposit and payments are non-refundable. You will receive credit only if; If you cannot make your appointment, a 24 hour notification is required in order to reschedule to redeem your paid credit. If you miss your appointment with no communication on your end, you forfeit your reservation, deposit, and will not be allowed to reschedule.
